This brings together all members (ginning companies). The General Assembly is the sovereign body of the ANEC; it defines the broad guidelines and validates major decisions.

Board of Directors

This is composed of representatives of member companies. The Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic governance of the association, ensures that the decisions of the General Assembly are implemented, and guides the work of the Executive Secretariat.

Presidency

The President of ANEC is elected from among the members of the Board of Directors. He or she represents the association at an institutional level and chairs the meetings of the statutory bodies.

Executive secretariat

The Executive Secretariat is the association’s permanent structure and is responsible for the day-to-day management, technical coordination, and implementation of ANEC’s activities. It is composed of professionals in charge of strategic, technical, regulatory, and promotional issues related to cotton ginning.
